We have an immediate opening for a maintenance sales representative to work directly in our sales maintenance team. The successful candidate will be an integral member of our sales initiative, renewing our customers support of our suite of Enterprise Project Management products.

Our maintenance sales representative receive inquiries by phone and/or web, pro-actively call and quote customers, explain basic support features and processes renewals as appropriate. In addition, they participate in calls with account managers to understand customer's current landscape and act as liaison between users and other departments.

The ideal candidate has at least three years experience in telephone sales, preferably with a high tech company. For this high visibility position, positive, professional phone demeanor, superior communication skills, technical aptitude, computer literacy and related BA/BS are required. Formal sales training, usage of Oracle Service Contracts and/or project management knowledge a plus; experience with Primavera products is also a plus! EOE: M/F/D/V
