Qualifications include good organizational skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills, good time management skills, ability to work independently, and effectively communicate with customers. The incumbent must be capable of working at a broad technical level in all phases of the application systems project life-cycle, and must be able to apply business knowledge and technical skills to systems development. Position typically requires 5 years of programming and related experience as outlined above.RequirementsRequired Skills/Competencies:Skills may include (but not limited to): COBOL/COBOL II, DB2, IMS DB/DC, CICS, JCL, TSO/ISPF, SASQualifications include good organizational skills, good time management skills, ability to work independently and communicate with customers. The incumbent must be capable of working at a broad technical level in all phases of the application systems project life-cycle. Incumbent will have a proficient understanding of business environment and information systems concepts, good analytical and problem solving skills, and understands the importance of quality improvement processes. Incumbent will possess proficient verbal and written communication skills to effectively interface with other professionals in the organization and demonstrate the ability to learn and apply new concepts.
