MCSE / Systems Engineer

Activities include system configuration, deployment, consolidation, support,and preventative maintenance. It is essential that this person be able to work with other Engineers and interact with customers on-site.
Required skills and experience as follows:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
· Systems Engineering, MCSE, MCSA,MCP, CCE a plus
· 3-10 years experience in Systems (IT)
· Experience with Active Directory & Group Policy Management
· Hands on Systems Administration skills in current Windows and Unix environments (MS Server 2003/2008, Microsoft Small Business Server, Exchange, SonicWall, Citrix)
· Intimate knowledge of DNS for use in Internal and External name resolution
· Proven knowledge of internetworking protocols primarily TCP/IP
· Demonstrable skill in Technical Lead,

· Demonstrated capability in IT Server/Desktop systems
· Strong analytical skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to facilitate groups
· Ability to provide technical leadership to teams in multiple locations
· An initiator, demonstrating ability to work independently and showing strength in a team environment
