As a result of our tremendous growth, ANGEL Learning is seeking to fill a new Learning Solutions Specialist position.  The Learning Solutions Specialist will serve as the expert in the development and delivery of learning solution to ANGEL customers as follows: 

 Facilitates all aspects of ANGEL Implementing Framework with customers from contract to production launch, while ensuring that the customer will be a reference.  Conducts onsite and remote customer training on features and operations of ANGEL products.  Serves as Subject Matter Expert for ANGEL software products and consults both internally and externally on the appropriate use of each product. Prepares training material and documentation for customer. Maintains and administers and continuously improves training material and courseware.

 

Requirements:Bachelor's degree and related experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to analyze, recommend solutions High level of energy, self-confidence, and enthusiasm with ability to communicate and develop positive relationships with a wide variety of customers.Strong teamwork/collaboration; experience working in a matrix environment a plus.Ability to work independently; manage multiple projects to meet aggressive deadlines with high standard for quality.

 

Desired Skills: Knowledge of learning and development best practices, adult learning theory, and instructional design techniques. Experience in the administration or use of learning management systemsExperience in a K-12 academic environment where e-learning is part of the curriculum.
