Responsibilities:
Research and understand marketing requirements Determine the technologies for projects Develop design and architecture documents Design, develop and code key parts of the program Present technology to customers and partners Assist in the creation of the development process Help design and manage project buildsRequirements:
B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent required or M.S. Rock Solid C++ Skills - at least 5 years C++ industry experience Multiple platforms preferred (Windows, Unix &/or Embedded Systems) Good knowledge of COM, MFC and other Microsoft technologies Solid understanding of object oriented design and software development skills Independently able to design and develop software components Strong understanding of entire development process, including specification, documentation and quality assurance Self motivated and strong desire to improve your knowledge/skills Strong problem solving and debegging/troubleshooting skills Exhibit political savvy and ability to influence and articulate a vision A solid understanding of business/product strategy Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Great attitude and team oriented also able to work well independently on projects Experience with voice applications and technologies a plus but not necessary
