This person will be responsible to:Motivate and Mentor .Net DevelopersInspire Creativity and InnovationEffectively communicate to both Mgt. and Developers, re: complex Technical Problems and SolutionsLead team to completion of Technical Project Milestones

 

Qualifications:

Architectural Skills:Extensive Exp. Designing and Constructing Multi-Tier Enterprise Apps.Thorough Understanding of .Net CLRThorough Understanding of Messaging Technologies including SOAP, AJAX, Web Services and WCF and MSMQThorough Understanding of Data and Database Formats including XML, SQL Server 2005 and T-SqlThorough Understanding of Agile Software Development LifecyclesThorough Understanding of Software Design PatternsExtensive Exp. in Software Design using UMLStrong Technical Documentation Skills

 

Development Skills:C#ASP.NetADO.Net and T-SQL stored proceduresWeb Services & Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)SOAPXMLAJAXJavaScriptCSSUML
