We are looking for a Lead C# .NET Developer. This is a 4+ month contract position in Denver, Colorado.The ideal lead candidate will be able to recommend 1-3 C# .NET Developers that s/he has worked with previously and would be interested in working with again as a team for this project. These developers would have 3+ years of C# .NET Development experience.  Position Summary: Designs, codes, tests and implements a suite of hosted products that will bring the benefits of online transaction services to the restaurant industry. Coordinates the efforts of a team of software engineers to implement high quality software applications, enhancements, and integrations.   Qualifications: * BA/BS degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent * Minimum of 7 to 11 years as a Software Developer with object oriented languages * Proficiency with ASP.NET, C++, C# and or Java along with service-based component architecture * Minimum of 2 years experience with Microsoft .NET technology * Strong understanding of networking principles, load balancing and HTTP protocols as relates to software application development * Solid experience of high performance distributed application systems and performance testing * Hands-on experience in developing large consumer-based web applications * In-depth experience with relational databases * Solid understanding of Microsoft SQL and database concepts related to transactions and replication * Web-savvy and current with the latest technologies * Knowledge of the restaurant industry a plus * Engineering management experience * Proficient in Project Management     Responsibilities Include: * Designs, codes, tests and implements high quality software changes that are delivered on time and within budget * Supervises and mentors junior software developers to assist overall project goals * Applies code standards appropriately to all development assignments * Assists in the resolution of test and production release issues * Works with internal departments to manage feedback and production improvements * Assists with Product Roadmap definitions as required * Coordinates with cross-functional teams on strategies related to H/W, S/W, Marketing, Sales and Services. * Group Leadership of a team of developers and QA associates as a SWAT team for production support * Understands and adheres to software change control procedures * Communicates effectively at senior, managerial, and technical levels and clearly presents approaches and findings related to resolving objectives * Proactively assess new technologies to enhance the development process and environment * Regular communication regarding project status * Proactively raises any project issues that may put the project in jeopardy * Drives products to excellence in analysis and decision making * Performs other related duties as required and assignedTo Apply: Apply Online Now!
