It is critical to find top people at all levels in order to continue delivering the best customized solutions for our clients.  There are all levels of Analyst, from Business Analyst to Principal Analyst, and this is true of all of our positions.  Currently our Central team is seeking a Lead Analyst to help our team in the design and development of custom applications on the Microsoft stack.

 

The Lead Analyst Will:Plan and estimate requirements definition and management processes consistent with the software development maturity of the client organization. Elicit, identify and capture functional and non functional requirements in use case modeling, business process modeling, domain analysis and traditional methods. Provide QA, PM and tester support to projects for review of requirements management best practices and artifacts. Advise clients on how to implement requirements management best practices and tools at the organization level. Transform stakeholders needs, expectations, constraints, and interfaces into customer requirements.

Success Criteria:Utilize Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, 10 years of software experience, and 3 years of business analysis experience. Use experience in running a custom application development engagement on the Microsoft technology platform, knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, and Project (version 2003 or later) to create innovative business solutions. Use an iterative approach to complete project-based work. Able to provide support in the installation, configuration, and rollout of requirements management tools at the project level. Perform mock up UI designs, report designs or other commercial reporting tools. 

Bonus Skills:Act as a team lead. Have knowledge of Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integrated for SW (CMMI-SW) with focus on requirements definition and requirements management key process areas (KPAs).
