Java Software Engineer - TS/SCI
TS/SCI Software Engineer -- Java
Detica, a technology, research and analysis consulting organization that advises clients on issues of national security strategies and technology, is seeking a Software Engineer to join our growing technology practice that serves the Intelligence Community. The Software Engineer will be responsible for the architecting and rapid development of applications for Detica's clients and will work directly with a team of skilled professionals in Columbia, MD.
The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced rapid application prototyping environment and have 2 or more years of experience with software development life-cycle methodologies, object-oriented development practices, and possess a broad base of application development skills to include: JAVA programming, JDBC/SQL, and J2EE architectures. Familiarity with Jini architecture a plus. Candidate should possess a BA or BS degree in computer science or information systems. TS/SCI clearance with lifestyle polygraph required.
