Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital.Candidate will provide technical services to maintain and enhance the Installation Support Modules (ISM) application. Candidate will be responsible for analyzing defect reports, recommending and implementing fixes as approved by the team lead. Candidate may also respond to user questions about the application (trouble tickets).
