Quova is seeking an experienced Junior Systems Administrator to provide primary desktop support and administrative assistance to the user community by providing technical hardware and software support for desktop, laptops and other peripherals.

 

ResponsibilitiesProvide primary desktop support and administrative assistance to user community by providing technical hardware and software support for desktop, laptops and other peripherals.Install and configures workstations and network peripherals such as printers, scanners, PDAsInstall and configures operating systems and application software on workstationsDevelop and maintains technical documentationPerform hardware life-cycle management under the guidance of the LAN ManagerProvide advice and training to users relating to application softwareMaintain sound processes and procedures for system maintenance and support.Manage workstation and server patch levels.Manage and monitor backup systems.Monitor server infrastructure health and status.Travel periodically to remote sites.Perform additional work as required.
