Program Description:

We are performing systems development, integration, deployment, and sustainment for the Intelligence Community.  Primarily it’s software development in support of SIGINT applications.  The environment is  a Java/J2EE software connecting to an Oracle Database running over a Unix platform specifically tailored to support the mission of this agency and in support of SIGINT activities.  This is a Full Life Cylce software development program.

Job Description:

As a Software Engineer you will perform software engineering duties in a J2EE/Java environment in support of an Intelligence Community customer.  You will perform full life cycle software development to include design, development, and deployment of software applications in support of SIGINT activities.  The technology is full J2EE/Java including technologies such as: Java J2EE (EJB, Servlets, Applets, Struts, Swing, Ant, JMS, JDBC, XML,XSL, Javascript) Oracle RDBMS Unix platform

Job Requirements:

§       US Citizenship with an active Top Secret/SCI

§       Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical discipline

§       3-10+ years of Information Technology experience as we’re seeking Software Engineers from journeyman through senior level

§       3-10+ years of Software Engineering experience (Full Life Cycle):

-   Requirements

-   Application Design

-   Application Development

-   Application Deployment/Delivery

§       3-10+ years of Object Oriented Analysis/Object Oriented Design (OOA/OOD)

§       Design Pattern experience with any of the following:  MVC, Factory, Singleton, Command, Façade, Builder, Delegate, etc..

§       3-10+ years of Java/J2EE software development experience utilizing technologies such as:

-   Java

-   EJB

-   Java Servlets

-   Java Applets

-   Java Struts

-   Java Swing

-   Ant

-   SOAP

-   JMS

-   JDBC

-   XML

-   XSL

-   HTML

-   Hibernate

§       Intelligence Community experience with SIGINT specific experience preferred, but not required
