Location: Austin, TX 73301 Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project, Employee Expected Duration: 5+ to 7 Years Reference Code: 1001149568 J2EE/Java Developer: The candidate will independently research, design, and develop complex computer software systems based on customer requirements.  The candidate must communicate effectively between organizations, work with internal and external customers to understand the requirements and provide solutions to those requirements, multitask between new development projects and production support, develop working relationships with peers and customers, demonstrate expertise in business concepts, development methodologies, and provide exceptional customer service.  Required Qualifications:·  Must have large complex software development experience.·  Minimum 3+ years experience in analysis, design, and development of J2EE applications.·  Specific development skills required are: Java, Struts, JSP, JavaScript and knowledge of Hibernate framework.·  Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL with Transaction Management. ·  Experience with IBM’s RAD 6 or 7.x or Eclipse IDE. ·  Associate or Technical degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Information or related field) or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides required knowledge, skills, and abilities.·  Position requires INS-21 exam completion within one year of hire. Nice to have Qualifications:·  Experience with building applications using Hibernate and Spring Frameworks.·  Experience with DB2 Database.·  Experience in building Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Services.·  Experience with WebSphere App Server.
