Intuit Mid-Market Group IT Leader

Intuit's Information Technology group is seeking an IT Leader to join the Small Business Mid-Market IT team (MMG-IT). Reporting jointly to the VP, Small Business IT and the VP, MMG, this team is responsible for developing strategy, defining roadmaps, driving the planning, prioritization, and delivery of technology infrastructure to meet the needs of the Small Business Mid-Market business.

This leader will work closely with the Mid-Market business leaders to understand our go-to-market approach across channels and then work with our IT development teams to execute and deliver systems capabilities that enable growth, productivity, and great customer experiences. This role will work cross-functionally with business leaders, IT, and other organizations inside and outside of Intuit.

Ideal candidates will have proven leadership skills, a strong technical background, and over ten years of demonstrable experience supporting technology companies.

• Understanding Mid-Market business processes and applying technology solutions to improve, augment or transform those processes.
• Understanding emerging industry and technology trends and leveraging this knowledge to guide the business
• Envisioning the future and driving the long term strategy and roadmaps that address business needs, technology trends, and IT ecosystem requirements
• Working across Intuit's IT community on prioritization and approval of current initiatives
• Developing detailed business requirements and prioritizing infrastructure needs for the Mid-Market group including identifying solution alternatives, building business cases, and potential leverage of cross-Intuit synergies
• Ensuring that Mid-Market solutions align with overall IT strategy and architecture
• Owning end-to-end successful delivery of Mid-Market initiatives through team work with IT functional organizations and the business
• Defining key Service and Operating Level Agreements for critical business systems supporting Mid-Market business (including determining Total Cost of Ownership, Timing and Quality trade-offs)
• Leading and developing team members to become a high performing organization


Qualifications:
• Strong technical knowledge and experience (10+ years) in marketing and sales systems across channels. Highly desirable that some experience is related to SaaS business models.
• Strategic thinker with outstanding execution skills to drive projects that make the vision a reality both in the short and long run
• Proven ability to identify technology options and drive the decision-making process to agree on a solution that balances customer experience, business objectives, and technical realities.
• Outstanding team building and leadership for your direct team as well as cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Excellent partnering, collaboration, and communication skills with senior business and functional leaders to lead change though business process and technology
• Internally motivated, self-starter with ability to plan, organize and establish priorities to meet goals and achieve results.
