Job Description:  Professional Services Intern:  Cupertino, CA

Responsible for assisting Professional Services Management in support of Client Administration and Internal Projects.  Duties include:

· Reconciliation of Field Expenses and associated receipts

· Ensure that submitted expenses are in accordance with Client project guidelines

· Work with Accounting and vendors to ensure smooth execution of the Expense submission and reimbursement process

· Create and maintain tracking reports in Excel.

· Assist the Professional Services Managers with assorted special projects.   

 

Specific Skills Required:Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA.Must have experience using Microsoft Excel.Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.  Familiarity with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications a must.  Ability to learn quickly and complete assigned tasks on time.Accounting/Math / Business related major a plus.Good communication skills and ability to interact and respond to users at all levels in the company.

Hours are flexible around student's class schedule.
