International Business Development Representative

DescriptionPosition Summary: The Inside Team Selling Rep will be responsible for contacting Kronos’ multinational customers and prospects to generate leads and support China sales opportunities. Through inbound inquiries and outbound calling, capture and develop qualified sales and services revenue streams for Kronos’ China region and the International Operations.  Principal Responsibilities:Ø  Heighten awareness with our multinational customer base with subsidiaries in China around Kronos’ China offices and resourcesØ  Partner with direct sales organization and professional services to expand Kronos’ footprint within ChinaØ  Responsible for building China’s sales pipeline by cultivating China’s lead development and passing leads to China’s sales teamsØ  Following up on marketing and web based queries as they pertain to China and/or multinational companies with subsidiaries in ChinaØ  Work collaboratively with other ISRs and BDRs on multinational customers opportunities with subsidiaries in ChinaØ  Responsible for driving the coordination of the sale with our China Team and US Direct Sales ExecutivesØ  Consistently achieves predetermined activity goals Ø  Pursues cross sell opportunities through an aggressive customer calling effort-may include software, education and professional services streamØ  Works closely with Director of Global Accounts to pursue multinational account opportunities which involves but not limited to sales in ChinaØ  Demonstrates a working knowledge of the full suite of Kronos products and service offerings sold and supported in ChinaØ  Accurately reports the status of all active business opportunities within Siebel OnDemand (CRM application).Ø  Account prospecting, creative thinking required to drive incremental revenue from ourcustomer base Education and/or Experience:Ø  Bachelors Degree and technology industry experience requiredØ  Proven successful track record (2-4  years) of prospecting, lead  development and closing new business in a high tech business to business environmentØ  CRM application experience desired, Siebel OnDemand a plusØ  Sales methodology experience requiredØ  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalØ  Effective time management and organizational skillsØ  Manage multiple tasks and effectively work in a collaborative/team environmentØ  Solid understanding of software sales cycle and customer satisfactionØ  Strong collaboration and teaming management skills  RequirementsCultural/Behavioral Competencies:Ø  ProfessionalØ  Experience working within China a plusØ  Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese languagesØ  Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate working with Kronos China/customers/prospects in ChinaØ  InnovativeØ  TenaciousØ  AccountableØ  Self Starter requiring minimum supervisionØ  Organizational ExcellenceØ  Capable of multi-tasking For immediate consideration, please click here   Company: Kronos Incorporated   Location: Chelmsford, MA 01824   Status: Full Time, Employee   Job Category: Sales/Retail/Business Development   Relevant Work Experience: 2+ to 5 Years   Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager)   Education Level: Bachelor's Degree   Company: Kronos Incorporated   Reference Code: 54137
