Internal Communications Manager, Intuit's Financial Institution Division

Summary: This role addresses the critical need for a communication leadership - strategy, processes and execution - within Intuit's Financial Institution Division (IFID). This is a demanding role where, as a member of the IFID leadership team, you will have a passionate desire to be a change agent within an organization. The position is also an important interface between Corporate Communications and the IFID organization.

Responsibilities:
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and communications counselor to the organization's leader.
- Create and implement communications programs that help drive employee engagement by shaping mindset around the business strategy and what it takes to win: from general awareness to deeper understanding to personal commitment.
- Develop and execute internal communications strategies that facilitate the exchange of information at all levels of the IFID organization.
- Provide strategic and tactical support for key business initiatives.
- Ensure effective tops down communication from management to all employees.
- Establish two-way feedback channels, leveraging social media where appropriate.
- Excel at program management and project execution.
- Partner with HR, external communications and marketing leaders to ensure messaging alignment across the organization.

Qualifications:

Skills and requirements
- Must be comfortable and confident constructively debating senior executives. Must be able to influence business leaders on communications issues.
- Must be equally skilled at building communication strategies and effective program management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Familiarity with social media a must. Advanced skills a plus.
- 5-10 years communications experience.
