Essential Duties and Responsibilities:· Conducts testing on systems, processes, operations, and activities within the area of audit scope. · Obtain, analyze, and appraise evidentiary data as a basis for an informed, objective opinion on the adequacy and effectiveness of control systems, efficiency in the performance of activities, and compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.· Identifies factors causing deficient conditions; prepare sufficient working papers that document testing procedures and conclusions reached on the assigned audit project. · Holds preliminary discussions of apparent deficiencies with operating personnel to verify and obtain explanations of and reasons for each apparent deficiency and document responses.· Prepares written audit findings, and recommend courses of action to improve noted conditions. · Revises/compiles audit findings and recommendations into an audit report for Internal Audit management review.· Carries out appropriate follow-up on corrective actions being undertaken in response to audit findings and recommendations. · Other tasks as assigned. Minimum Requirements Needed:· Bachelor's degree in accounting, business management or equivalent experience required. · 2+ years internal or external audit experience or equivalent experience required. · Experience with software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite environment, Lotus Notes, etc.· Ability to travel up to 20%.· Ability to review, appraise and evaluate operating control systems.· Knowledge of standard auditing practices. · Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).· Knowledge of relevant laws, such as Sarbanes-Oxley and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and SEC regulations.· Must have strong analytical skills. Highly Desired Skills:· International experience preferred.· CPA or CIA desired.· Oracle experience preferred. In return for your expertise, we offer challenge, opportunity, an excellent salary and benefits package, and casual environment.  Once you experience ACI, you’ll agree there is no better place to work.
