If you’re looking to make a difference and work on "Missions that Matter" we encourage you to make SRA your employer of choice.The Government has a requirement for technical and architectural consulting services for evolving Agency Enterprise Architecture including domains, existing segments, and new segments that make up a common Enterprise IT Architecture.SRA has several positions open for experienced Systems Architects/ Interdisciplinary Architects to support one of our intelligence community customers. Positions will be located in McLean and Vienna, VA. We anticipate project to begin in early October.** Requires an active TS/SCI security clearance with a Lifestyle polygraph. Candidates who do not have this current clearance level will not be considered.The Interdisciplinary Architect supports activities associated with developing the architecture, updating the architecture to account for technology and business requirement changes, and ensuring compliance with the architecture. - Develop and maintain the Enterprise Technical Architecture to include: Tactical (1-3 years), Strategic (4-7 years), and Long-Term (8-12 years) capabilities roadmap.The Interdisciplinary Architect / Systems Architect perform as a primary contributor to design, build, test, and implementation efforts for Service Oriented Architectures ( Enterprise Integration Tier, Enterprise Service Bus, Security, Standards Compliance, Business Process Orchestration, and Business Activity Monitoring).Responsible for the design and architecture aspects the implementation of technical solutions.Assures that the business and technical design of the delivered solution matches the customer requirements in terms of functionality, usability, efficiency, reliability, availability and scalability.Works on unusually complex technical problems and provides solutions and direction.Primary responsibility is to lead a team to define and implement a system architecture using a combination of COTS processing, networking and data storage components into an embedded solution to meet a harsh military environment.Work is contingent upon award of contractRequired Skills: 8+ years of experience required. * Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of degree. ** Requires an active TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph.
