Interactive Account Executive

Definition 6 is an internet consulting, marketing, and implementation team lead by an exceptional team of professionals and is looking to add an ambitious Interactive Account Executive to our CLient Service team.  We do business with over half the Fortune 500 Companies with a presence in Atlanta and was listed by Georgia Trend as ’One of the Best Places to Work’.

The Interactive Account Executive will be the key day-to-day contact for clients with ongoing web, programming, and application development projects.This person will work directly with the internal production departments to communicate and facilitate client requests.  The Interactive Account Executive will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.

The Interactive Account Executive must be able to:Work with Sales/Strategic Consultants to develop web site, intranet, extranet, and application solutions for client base. Gathers project requirements from a broad range of internal and external contacts. Lead teamwork on projects from initiation, to customer acceptance, to completion. Interprets and documents complex business requirements and processes. Manages full implementation of custom projects for clients. Communicates project status to stakeholders in a timely fashion. Provide creative input to design team based on client input and review deliverables prior to delivering to client. Has a positive attitude and makes optimal use of staff and other resources through motivating team. Create input for production estimates, monitor project P & L, and generate client billing & A/R Develop detailed documentation and change requests to communicate client requests to production team.  Review & test all client deliverables and then present to client. Identify project/account risks and opportunities for growth Reviews, monitors, and enforces accurate time reporting for self and of assigned staff. Manages critical path work plans to optimize project implementation time. Ensures project delivery components are defined, on time, on budget and within scope under the proper change management practices. Delivers time/status reports at various customer and management levels. Evaluates project after implementation and identifies areas for improvement.

Additional consideration will be given to candidates with experience in Information Architecture, Online Advertising & Promotions, or Usability Testing.
