Integration Coordinator

Stratus Staffing is seeking an Integration Coordinator to work with our client. This company is a leader in providing technology solutions to the food service industry. The candidate must be self-directed, have a technical background, have strong communication skills, and proven ability to follow throught on projects and tasks. Qualified candidates must be able to provide a high level of customer service as well as the ability to multitask and, most importantly, must be willing to learn.

Responsibilities:Manage and perform integration projects for customersWork with assigned trading partner to implement new ecommerce transactionsProvide training to customers as necessaryAssist with scorecard and report preparation for customersHandles support issues as needed via telephone and e-mail for assigned customersParticipate in integration on-call phone rotationAssists with selling opportunities as requestedTroubleshoot errors in document processing

Requirements:Must be able to use independent judgmentStrong interpersonal communication skillsAble to communicate technical issues, problems and solutions to a varied audience of technical and non-technical personnelExcellent technical writing skillsEDI and trading document experienceAbility to identify sales opportunities and generate new businessWorking knowledge of BizTalk or other mapping tools a plusWorking familiarity with VBScript, SQL Server, EDI docs (x12 standards), XMLBachelors in CS/CIS or equivalent experience.NET coursework or experience preferred
