Job Description: Duties are focused on supporting system integration between Phytel’s award-wining systems and client’s Practice Management Systems, Hospital Information Systems, Electronic Medical Records Systems, and/or Data Warehouse(s). This position reports to the Director of Systems Integration.
Job Duties
Integration (70%)
· Support technical requirements gathering, documentation, and implementation of assigned client integrations
· Lead technical delivery of assigned client integrations which may include, but is not limited to:
o Installation of required Phytel software to support assigned client integrations
o Configuration and development of software necessary to support assigned client integrations
o Extract, Translate, Load, and Validate client data for assigned client integrations
· Support the development of software tools, processes, and procedures that radically reduce customer implementation cycle time and eliminate opportunities for deployment defects
· Support the development of Phytel’s portfolio of customer connectivity solutions
· Provide data loading and quality assurance assistance to Integration Architects as assigned
· Leave clients elated. Continual customer satisfaction is a requirement for this role
Operations (30%)
· Complete all assigned Operation projects
· Research and resolve Production Integration issues/tickets
Required Skills and Experience
Must have (listed in priority order):
· Ability to work on multiple tasks
· Strong organizational skills, documenting work
· Problem-solving, analytical skills
· Experience with SQL, VB.net, XML
· Relational database experience, preferable SQL Server
Desired:
· Healthcare background
· Client interaction, strong interpersonal skills
Education/Citizenship
· A 4 year degree from an accredited college is required
· No H1 sponsorship is available
