Job Summary:

Integration/ Implementation, Troubleshoot, Support:

Analyze and diagnose issues from new installs

Work with business units for troubleshooting on all gaming solutions

Installation issues with operating system software, server, and programming issues

Will handle level 1 to level 2 support with escalation to level 3.

Hands On:

New installs, set up, configure, new upgrades, integrate software with other system

Internal User Interface:

Will help users understand installs

Documentation:

Thorough written description of installation and issues that arise

Documentation of policies and procedures, will document what major issues

Qualifications:Fluent in Spanish and EnglishStrong Troubleshooting and Research experienceStrong Windows /SQL BackgroundUNIX experience Casinos experience a plus! Marketing and/or Accounting system expStrong Software installation Knowledge Good communication and people skillsTeam player
