Job SummaryMeet or exceed assigned territory quota expectations by developing, managing and closing business in assigned segmented space. The successful completion of objectives will come from a combination of closing inbound leads as well as developing and closing opportunities from outbound, new business development activities. Essential Job Functions Hit 100% of assigned closed revenue booking goals Proactively work territory by prospecting, identifying and closing new business. Identify and contact key contacts within accounts and engage by qualifying and following up with additional information. Document account history, opportunity details and technical requirement in Salesforce.com database. Engage, qualify, follow-up and close assigned territories leads Manage territory pipeline and accurate forecast Manage customer expectations with other Iron Mountain Digital team member (Account management, support, finance) to achieve Total Customer Satisfaction. Keep abreast of product functionality and backup, recovery, off site management and archive industry and competitors. Keep abreast of sales tactics to help contacts identify pain and need. Attend and participate in site and sales training.  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required High energy and positive attitude. Good follow through and attention to detail. Good communication skills, verbal and written. Desire to learn and grow. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a quota carrying position.  Educational Requirements Four year college degree, or equivalent experience.
