In our Inside Sales position, you will work with sales representatives to be the corporate liaison that provides support to our existing customers. You will be responsible for processing quotes, purchase orders and invoices, and shipping products to customers. You will also handle and route incoming phone calls as well as make outbound calls to maintain customer relationships. This position is located in Indianapolis.

 

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 3 years customer support experience. Experience with outbound calling in a sales capacity is a definite plus. However, those with an Associates Degree AND with the above experience will also be considered.  Minimal travel within territory as needed but it can be planned.
