Industry Marketing Manager

Title: Industry Marketing Manager #65641 Location: San Rafael, CA The Solution Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development of messaging and marketing materials for industry specific product solutions. You will work with the Industry Marketing team, Product Marketing team and Product Management team to develop and create messaging that drives the creation of sales and marketing tools (product collateral, presentations, white papers and multimedia tools) that promote industry specific solutions. You will work with corporate marketing teams to ensure that all sales and marketing tools meet with corporate standards for tone and message. You will also work with the global Sales Execution teams to define and develop appropriate sales tools as requested by the field sales and resellers. You will be solely responsible for managing and ensuring the on-time delivery of all solution marketing efforts. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Messaging and positioning for industry based solutions Contributes to development of industry based positioning and solution messaging. Responsible for working with Product Management, Product Marketing and Solution Marketing Teams to develop, coordinate and disseminate product marketing materials worldwide. Maintains consistency in solution positioning and messaging throughout worldwide marketing deliverables, PR, advertising, and other materials. Works with Sales Execution and Field Marketing teams globally to review and ensure all material meets messaging guidelines. Development of marketing deliverables Works with Sales Execution and Corporate Marketing teams to develop strategic marketing and launch plans Works with Web Services to develop and maintain Industry websites Authors and edits content for marketing collateral and sales/marketing documents. Requirements/Desired Knowledge/Skills: Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, advertising or related fields Involved in the implementation of corporate marketing programs for at least 5 years A technical background with increasing marketing responsibility Proven individual contributor and collaborator/team player Able to manage multiple priorities effectively Able to work effectively across departments to drive consistent positioning and messaging of the solution Able to drive decisions and get closure on recommendations and issues Strategic thinker; can manage long-term and cross-product issues Good problem solver Strong project management skills Excellent written communication skills, including editing and proofreading Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills Work Experience: Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience with a software company Ideal Candidate will have experience in solution based marketing If you are an extraordinary person who strives for excellence, please apply at Autodesk Careers.
