Activities included but are not limited to daily customer interface, lead qualification, influencing buying decisions, directing customers through order processes, owning or channeling customer escalations to appropriate resources and understanding and making recommendations regarding trends in customer needs. This incredible opportunity includes a base and commission. · Must be driven by quota performance and revenue goals.· Qualify and close new and existing business opportunities from inbound calls.· Strong knowledge of enterprise software and hardware businesses.· Ability to understand buying preferences and advise customers of potential business risks.· Provide real time feedback in a dynamic sales environment, and be willing to improvise and enhance processes.· Analyze trends and buying patterns and communicates recommendations appropriately to sales operations and marketing groups.Skill Requirements-2-5 years experience in a sales/commissioned-based role or advanced education-Contact center or consumer retail experience-Excellent closing skill-Proved track record of demonstrated sales success preferred-Excellent verbal & written skills -College Degree Preferred -Spanish Speaking Preferred Perk #56: New ways to stretch your mind.
