Implementation and Support Specialist

REQUIRED (Key Position Requirements): • 3 years experience implementing software solutions • Experience with Microsoft Windows (XP a must) and Microsoft Office Suite • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal • High level customer service skills • 15-20% travel will be required • Experience with the implementation challenges with various organizations and multiple software platforms*No third party candidates will be considered for this positionPREFERRED (Would like to have): • Experience with Microsoft SQL 2000-2005 • Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Scheduling experienceBachelors in Computer Science, Business or Accounting is preferredCertified Payroll Professional or a Professional in HR (PHR) would be a huge plus.LAYMEN’S EXPLANATION OF ROLE: Candidate would be responsible for gathering personnel data from clients both remotely and on-site to be incorporated in the database.  Their duties also include handling support calls from clients.  Company: Modis, Inc.
