We are currently recruiting for an Implementation Specialist to join our Homecare Systems team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for successfully educating and training clients on the use and operation of our industry leading software product, Misys Homecare. Healthcare organizations use our product to support both their financial and clinical operations. Misys Healthcare software trainers come from a variety of backgrounds including financial, education, and healthcare. Misys staff demonstrate the innovation and passion to deliver industry leading service to our clients. Responsibilities include:• Assessing client training requirements and in conjunction with other project team members preparing training objectives and agendas.• Conducting on-site small and large group training sessions.• Ensuring client end users are properly trained in areas of the application related to their job function.• Serving as the client's on-site application expert; ensuring that system set up is congruent with client defined project goals.• Assisting in the development of client implementation project plan.• Assisting in the review of client processes and development of revised workflow plans.• Assisting client/Misys implementation team with issue escalation and resolution.• Extensive, overnight travel, up to 100%Qualifications:Education/Experience Required:• Software training experience required• Accounting/Finance degree or equivalent work experience a plus• Home Health experience a plus • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision• Excellent communication and presentation skills100% Overnight Travel Required.
