Currently we have an opening for an Implementation Services Manager. This role is responsible for leading and managing the Implementation Services team to ensure timely, accurate and quality client implementations, and work order fulfillment. In this critical role, you will be responsible for:- Essential project management - Planning and managing overall Compliance Implementations ensuring that customers expectations are understood and communicated. Your team is solely responsible for the overall delivery of compliance implementations. - Essential business analysis - Analyzing, developing, documenting, and communicating application and system business requirements for implementations or project work, as needed. - Overseeing the successful coordination, facilitation, execution, and delivery of multiple, concurrent implementations.- Directing activities of Implementation team to ensure accurate development and delivery of project plans and cost estimates for customer sales, and providing direct management of the Implementation Analysts and their projects.- Managing escalated and/or complex issues.- Meeting with existing and potential customers to assess their needs and assist in selling our product lines whether they be outsourcing opportunities or other services.- Providing expert advice and consultation on the business process, configuration and implementation of compliance platform solutions.- Participating in the development of information including estimates, work to be performed, delivery requirements and project assumptions to assist with Request for Proposals (RFP), and Deal Quoting for Compliance/Education Implementations.- Working closely with the Development, Sales and BPO teams to ensure your teams are trained and prepared to implement and support our customers on our new and existing products.- Communicating regularly with senior management regarding the status of current project initiatives; obtaining executive guidance and approval as required to advance initiatives.KAPLAN COMPLIANCE SOLUTIONS is a division of Kaplan Financial, a leading source of education and compliance solutions for insurance and financial services institutions and individuals.
