Implementation Consultant - SAP Business One

Vitale, Caturano & Company, New England’s largest full service CPA, business advisory and consulting firm, is searching for a SAP Business One Implementation Consultant to join this growing company.

 

Responsibilities:Work with the Project Manager (PM) and other consultants to perform on-site implementation for moderately complex ERP software.Implementations will include multiple SAP Business One modules including Financials, Sales, Procurement, and Manufacturing.Analyze customers’ business requirements and tailor the use of the system to meet those objectives.Create and maintain positive customer relationships.Keep up-to-date on product releases and new technologies.Attend planning meetings for assigned projects.Train client in the use of purchased software and provide direction to other team members with project tasks if necessary.Complete internal work orders to document all project tasks.Actively participate in internal team meetings.Train co-workers on software, support, and methodology.  Participate in Users Group meetings, partner events, and in-house demonstrations of modules.Write and update documentation for department-wide database.Maintain a working knowledge of all services provided by the firm.Interface with all levels of management and staff of our clients’ user community.Recognize a client’s need for additional firm services.

 

Required Skills and Experience:Demonstrated ability to manage a complex workload, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, perform under pressure and use good judgment in providing services based on service level agreements and goals.The candidate should recommend ways to improve and streamline technology use.Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the desire and willingness to learn new product/service offerings.A minimum of 3 years professional experience.Strong business acumen.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to work closely with the ERP/CRM consulting team.Positive, self-motivated and driven.Superior people skills: team-oriented, fast learner and personable.Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong understanding of business requirements and functionality.Understanding of integrated business management systems.Bachelor’s Degree, engineering, accounting, or business management preferred. Nights, weekends & regional travel may be required.Relevant experience with any of these systems preferred -  SAP Business One, Sage MAS90, MAS500, Navision, Solomon, Epicor, Visual, Great Plains, or other Small – Mid Market ERP solutions.Experience with SAP Business One a strong plus.
