Implementation Consultant/Loan Processor--Direct Hire Opportunity

Due to our company's growth, we have an internal department who is looking for a seasoned and talented Implementation Consultant with experience in providing sales support for web-based development initiatives and working closely with internal groups to coordinate the delivery of customer web site products and services to new and existing clients. We will also consider candidates with mortgage loan processing backgrounds. SummaryThe Implementation Consultant assists with maximizing the short and long-term revenue of RealPage, Inc. by coordinating development and implementation activities for CrossFire Studio and streamlining custom development efforts to attain revenue goals. The position requires a thorough understanding of web-based technology solutions. The Implementation Consultant will provide sales support for custom web-based development initiatives and work closely with other internal groups to coordinate the delivery of next-generation custom web site products and services to new and existing clients. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management/Development·  Manage the design, development, testing and roll-out of custom web site design projects.·  Specify project definition and scoping of requirements with the clients and programming staff.·  Manage the roll out process, from alpha testing through launch of custom web application engagements.·  Coordinate with Manager to secure development resource development resources.·  Coordinate all third-party resources required to complete projects.·  Manage clients and client expectations during the implementation of CrossFire Studio products.·  Build and maintain relationships with key representatives from other RealPage product groups to ensure successful implementation of CrossFire products.·  Initiate and coordinate implementation closure tasks, culminating in a hand-off to the Account Management team.·  Promote a positive professional image of RealPage internally and externally.·  Provide superior customer service to all internal and external customers.·  Meets agreed upon department goals and initiatives in a timely manner.·  Travel to client meetings as needed.·  Provide 2nd level support.·  Evenings and weekends may be required to meet department deadlines. Sales·  Participate in sales conference calls with strategic accounts.·  Work with the sales team to identify specific sales opportunities and deliver quotes.·  Assist in providing internal corporate communication regarding new product and service offerings.  REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES·  Bachelors degree plus 3 years experience providing hands on support for software products; equivalent work experience may be considered·  Must have worked in a custom web site or other digital media development environment·  Advanced knowledge of Consumer facing web site development processes·  Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline and customer oriented environment·  Experience with MS Office computer applications, specifically MS Word, MS Excel, and graphic design software packages ·  Strong verbal and written communication skills ·  Must be able to communicate well with individuals at all levels of the organization·  Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers during high-pressure situations·  Strong customer service and organizational skills required; strong conflict resolution skills·  Strong attention to detail·  Above average interactive, planning, time management and detail skills·  Familiarity with RealPage products, other property management software, or the property management industry is preferred·  Ability to work overtime when needed to meet department deliverables Job Information Job Title: Implementation Consultant/Loan Processor--Direct Hire Opportunity Company: RealPage Inc Location: Carrollton, TX Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Customer Support/Client Care Contact Information Company: RealPage Inc Email: Apply by Email
