IT jobs USA : Programmer Analyst
The Programmer Analyst will support the Senior Designer and Business Lead during the design of the application. The Programmer Analyst is responsible for the development of the technical material and supporting the development of the application. The Programmer Analyst must have experience translating business requirements into detail design specifications for development. Applicant must be a self-starter with good communication skills. The applicant must be capable of managing multiple priorities. The application will be developed using JAVA and supported by an Oracle database. Develop materials for JAD sessions.
Skills:
1 years of design experience designing Web based applications
Experience in application development and testing
Knowledge of Child Welfare system / SACWIS (Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System) required
HHS experience desirable
Health and Human Services Experience
Knowledge of TANF is desirable
Child Care Experience
Experience with Rational Tools is desirable
2 years of Java development experience
2 years Oracle experience
UML Modeling experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Use Case development and process flows
This position will be based in Lansing, MI.
