JOB DESCRIPTION: The BPM analyst/developer has primary responsibility for configuring business processes using webMethods Business Process Management Suite (BPMS), including all the necessary process steps, data service development for information exchanges, and business rules for execution. This position will be responsible for integrating business rules into Blaze Advisor, incorporating alerts and error handling into models. Responsible for supporting the functional validation of the configured processes in an integrated environment. The BPM Analyst will help create technical data packages, including business process model, business rule diagrams, specifications, and other associated technical documentation.
This position will support to the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) Agile Transportation for the 21st Century (AT21) program. The purpose of the AT21 program is to transform the way the Department of Defense (DoD) manages transportation requirements in the future. The mission of the AT21 program is to optimize the world-wide movement of U.S. military forces and the supplies they re-quire. Through this long term support contract, the company is facilitating the efficiency of the distribution pipeline through better process management, consistent business rules and workflows to enable time-definite delivery at less cost to the taxpayer.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, management information systems, or other related area and 5 years of total experience. 4 years of related experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
Seeking professionals experienced with BPM tools from vendors such as Appian, IBM, Lombardi, Oracle, Pegasystems, Software AG and TIBCO. Must have experience using an ESB for data sourcing and publishing. Knowledge of Web Services, Java/J2EE, XML/XSD’s, UML, JMS, standard development methodology (i.e. Agile, Scrum, Spiral, Waterfall, RAD, etc.), and object-oriented development. Experience with large-scale system design and integration tasks, comprising design and implementation of major systems, systems of systems, integration of systems elements and related support systems. Good team player characteristics with strong verbal and written communication skills.
The successful candidate will have access to classified information and must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
