Position Description:
Analyze existing ACCESS applications built in various versions of ACCESS. Evaluate which applications can be moved over to Windows 7.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Analyze existing ACCESS systems
• Participate in and prepare report for each application
• Code ACCESS application
• Test and debug ACCESS application

Required Level of Education:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Diploma in IT with relevant job experience
  
Must have technical skills:
• Microsoft Office 2010
• Microsoft ACCESS 2010
• SQL

Soft Skills:
• Very strong written and oral communication skills
• Critical eye for detail
• Positive attitude
• Very well organized
• Able to multitask effectively
• Have excellent time management, task planning and prioritization skills
• Able to adapt quickly to changing client requirements
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Enjoy working in a self-teaching, learning organization
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
