IT Support Engineer II
Richard Fleischman and Associates, a growing IT consulting firm with large financial services client base is seeking experienced Help Desk Technicians for our NYC office. Qualified candidates must have the ability to resolve network issues both remotely and at our client site. Also must have experience with Exchange servers.
We have several shifts opened:
Sat-Tues 12pm to 11pm
Fri-Mon 7am to 6pm
Mon-Fri 9am t0 6pm
Candidates must have hands-on networking experience and remote experience are required. Candidates must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work within a team environment. Excellent listening and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a focused mannerRequirements
PC hardware/software and networking knowledge a must.
All Windows operations - NT/2000/2003 Server MS Exchange, VPN's, Corp Antivirus, Networking, Active Directory, MS Office, Outlook and Blackberry (or other wireless email) support.
Layer 3 switching, routers, firewalls & video conferencing, back-ups, and data replication experience is desired.
Any experience with related applications such as Bridge Station, Bloomberg, and Reuters or Disaster Recovery is a plus.
