We are looking for a Sales person who will work from a virtual office/ home office / satellite office structure. He/She should be extremely entrepreneurial by nature, one who can take initiatives to get new business/new direct accounts. We are looking to partner with this sales person in any which way we can as long as he/she can get results and make things happen. The ideal candidate would one who has been in the IT industry for a long time and now is ready to drive a growing organization to the next level. Compensation would not be an issue for the right person. There would be solid commissions on top of a base salary. The sales person should be prepared/willing to make bulk of the compensation through commissions.

We recognize that in today’s IT marketplace, getting business/work orders sometimes is half the challenge and to close the business /deliver the services is another. We have done our due diligence as it relates to this and will provide you excellent support to close the work orders & to deliver the services. We have a unique strategy which is simple & extremely effective for a growing organization. It promises a lot of success. Details of this can be discussed during the interview process.
Ideal candidate would have a mix of :
1). Selling IT consulting services (project based or staff augmentation of projects)
2). Selling contract staffing services and/or permanent staffing.
2). Have experience selling into SMB accounts
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Business Development
* Map the account - build client relationships at the "C" level and with hiring managers who purchase IT consulting services to maximize requirement opportunities. Sell the CRM product and get consulting services done around that sale.
* Follow up on warm leads
* Convert hot leads into sales
* Build the solutions business through the selling of projects and solutions
* Build a sales pipeline for offering project based services
* Become thoroughly familiar with client systems and processes
* Negotiate rates/prices with client managers
* Coordinate with in house recruiters and vendors to fulfill project staffing requirements
Marketing
* Assist in preparation of proposals
* Participate in sales presentations
* Conduct client meetings to build and maintain relationships
Requirements:
* College education
* 5+ years IT sales experience
* 2+ years solutions selling experience
* Must be technically savvy
* Advanced working knowledge of PC and related s/w applications
