Sorry to make you work – it is what NYS requires along with most competitive rate.Thank you. _________1A: Systems Management EngineerTechnical Services  The Systems Management Engineer will have primary responsibility to identify, evaluate, recommend, and implement systems management capabilities.  Systems management includes both monitoring and diagnostics of IT devices, systems, applications, and connectivity.  The Systems Management Engineer is familiar with a broad range of IT technologies, architectures, and practices, and applies that knowledge in conjunction with a high degree of expertise with management methodologies, tools and techniques.  The Systems Management Engineer will participate in strategic planning, projects, and design sessions, and will have primary responsibility for implementation and availability of the management tools.  The Systems Management Engineer will act as a resource for other engineering staff in department and is responsible for selected aspects/components of operational support.   II.  Primary Responsibilities:   A.Knowledge of multi-tiered IT architectures using multiple Windows and Unix operating systems, middleware and database components, and large host-based systems.B.Knowledge of network protocols and standards.C.Demonstrable understanding of enterprise-level IT operations & security concepts, methodologies and techniques.D.Demonstrated ability to work on multiple complex projects and delivering work on schedule.     Minimum of five (5) years working experience relevant to the engineering and implementation of IT management, diagnostics and monitoring systems.  Experience with HP Openview, BMC Patrol, Tivoli TBSM, Netcool, Sniffer, or other enterprise management systems strongly preferred.HMO or health related industry preferred.__________________________________________________________________1B. Senior Technical Analyst  The Senior Technical Analyst is responsible for a range of activities that collectively contribute to the organizational effectiveness and efficiency of Technical Services. The incumbent will act as a key conduit to the business, and accordingly will have responsibilities in the areas of relationship management, business analysis, and business process redesign.  The Senior Technical Analyst will also lead internal Technical Services efforts in the areas of COBIT compliance, Clarity support, project management & PMO interaction, engagement and workflow, and knowledge management.  Additionally, the Senior Technical Analyst will assist with metrics and reporting, workload management, contracts and budget.    A.*Develop high level business strategies and processes into actionable requirements that are then used by architects to deliver effective IT solutions B.*Participate in all Business Process Redesign activities that emerge as a result of Technical Services’ IT strategy and tactical solutions.  Establish and maintain customer-focused relationships with the business organizations. C.*Develop the COBIT strategy and advance the maturity level accordingly within Technical Services.  Support all enterprise governance and compliance related activity. D.*Using PMI principles, assist with internal project management and serve as the focal point to the PMO for strategic initiatives such as CAM.   E.*Establish effective, structured engagement and workflow processes for intradepartmental interaction within the organization.  Develop a methodology and solution for managing workload & resourcing within Technical Services.  F.*Develop and implement effective Knowledge Management practices within Technical Services, and ensure the KM strategy integrates seamlessly with the Enterprise Content Management Solution.  Drive effective communications throughout Technical Services.   G.*Act as the focal point for all metrics and reporting for Technical Services.                                               BS in Technical Discipline.  MS/MBA is a strong plus.  Formal training/certification in PMI, ITIL, COBIT and/or BPR a plus.     A.Demonstrated understanding of formal leadership of IT projects using PMI methodologies.B.Knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and contracts and pricing.C.Demonstrated ability to work on multiple complex projects and delivering work on schedule.D.Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills required.   7-10 years experience in an Enterprise IT environment. Experience with integration of new business process in an enterprise. Experience with business analysis, requirements definition and relationship management. Experience with data and metrics collection, formatting, presentation, and reporting.    2a. SharePoint/Web Developer It is a 3 months position to start with. We prefer a temp-to-hire person.  Here is the description of the position: The Job duties include but are not limited to: * Design and build portal (intranet) solutions with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007.* Design and build enterprise content management solutions with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007.* Providing detailed system design, development, unit and integration testing and maintenance of complex web applications in a .Net environment* Designing systems that would span intranet and Internet environments * Interfacing with Business Analysts, QA Analysts, End Users and Project Managers* Providing detailed technical specifications for subsystems and identifying integration points * Reviewing unit testing and debugging and setting test conditions based on code specifications * Supporting web applications throughout the Product Development life cycle * Conducting product and emerging technology research to solve current business problems. The ideal candidate would have the following skills:* 2+ years Experience in Windows SharePoint Service or SharePoint Server 2003 or SharePoint MS Server 2007* Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in developing complex web applications. * Experience in the complete system development life cycle, including system design, development, testing, migration, deployment and support.* Experience working on a team and having excellent communication skills. * Experience programming in VB.net or C#, ADO.net, ASP and ASP.net* Experience with design and development as well as unit testing, change management and release procedures* Experience using SQL Server 2000, SQL Server 2005 and Oracle  2. IT Business Analyst It is a 3 months position to start with.
