The Mgr, IT has overall responsibility for directing the development and maintenance of program databases, online data collection and reporting systems.

Additional responsibilities include:

*Troubleshoot technical issues that may occur

*Research innovations in new and existing software and hardware and determine applicability to existing programs

*Provide cost estimates for technical enhancements to programs

*Write and present technical aspects of application 'Change of Scope' documents to clients

*Serve as the main client contact in terms of technology related developments

*Manage the IT staff (approx. 6 developers) including performance reviews and project management

*Manage resources of technical team

*Foster relationships with third party affiliations

*Partner with operations, analysis and account management leads to meet or exceed client expectations

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in IT or related experience
Experience as manager or lead of a team of developers
SQL/.NET/ASP developer experience
Business Objects knowledge a plus
Previous experience working in client facing situations
Ability to travel up to 10% of time
