PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding IT systems architecture and software applications. Understanding of software usage, vendor interactions and  project management methodologies. Ability to support key users throughout the US on multiple applications in the legal space. Participate in recommending ways to improve business processes through system development and process controls. Participate in translating new business requirements into IT solutions. Keep abreast of market conditions and new applications in the marketplace to ensure solutions are providing the best value possible to the business Demonstrated ability to develop technical specifications and project management solutions for software upgrades and enhancements. Understand coding including basic Visual basic and .NET tools. Demonstrated ability in supporting users on mission critical applications. Demonstrate understanding working with global team to provide support that exceeds users expectations. Work with other technical teams to ensure process controls, support metrics and SLA’s are in place for software applications. Conduct IT testing on new functionality, enhancements and upgrades. Track development requests and system changes per SOX guidelines. Clearly document development changes and effectively communicate globally all system changes and update. Show strong organizational planning skills to manage multiple activities from different projects. Demonstrates the ability to prioritize daily activities to meet user demands. Job Requirements: BA in Information systems or MIS. Must possess strong analytical, organizational planning, communication skills with the ability to work independently in a changing environment. Experience supporting IT users in a dynamic fast paced organization. Must possess strong English communication skills since this person will be communicating with global teams. 2+ Years experience in supporting and maintaining mission critical applications. Previous legal applications support and maintenance is a plus.
