Brief Posting Description

Grass Roots America is looking for a high-energy, self-confident and creative leader with strong attention to detail, solid problem solving skills, and a proven track record of project management required to lead and execute all tactical and strategic aspects of a program’s life cycle related to the incentives and loyalty industry

 

Job Responsibilities

 

o coordinate and execute incentive, motivation and loyalty programs, including website, call center, communication plan (email campaigns, print material, advertising, etc.), consumer and trade promotions, and public relations;

o Manage all aspects of multiple projects with minimal direction in a way that exceeds clients' expectations in terms of quality of service and business results (measured through customer satisfaction surveys);

o Monitor programs' trends and changes. Analyze and evaluate the project to identify potential areas of increased effectiveness, efficiency, and value add to the client to provide maximum return on investment to the client and Grass Roots BitTime.

o Present results, analysis and recommendations to top management and clients;

o Manage project schedule, scope and scope changes, issue risks, and change logs

o Oversee planned program expenditures versus budget and payments received;

o Partner with sales group on sales presentations and proposals.

o Manage client relationships to result in maximum satisfaction levels.

 

Educational & other Requirements

o A bachelor's degree and  2-3 years of experience in client focused, project management environment with at least 2 years as project Management Experience;

o Action and result oriented and able to work under strict deadlines

o Self motivated with  high energy capable of logically diagnosing symptoms, developing alternative courses of actions and deploying substantiated courses of action;

o Experience developing program requirements documents and design briefs and reference manuals;

o Strong budget, planning, organizational and critical path management skills

o Must be proficient in the use of the Internet, and computer literate in MS Office products like Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook and Project.

o Must possess an excellent strength of conviction, in part due to your personal presence, style and demeanor, to effectively sell your ideas to others;

o Must possess excellent interpersonal, team and communication skills, and excellent written and oral presentation skills;

o Flexibility and adaptability to evolving organization.

o Experience working in incentive industry a strong plus. PMI certifications a plus
