IT Business Systems Architect (CRM-Sales Systems)

 

The IT Business Architect will translate the company's business requirements in one or more business domains into specific systems, applications or process designs for small to very large and complex IT solutions. The responsibilities and duties of this position include but are not limited to:Design data and reporting architectures to support integrations to enterprise systems Manage the IT relationship with global sales, sales operations and the executives of those organizations Partner with decision-makers in assigned business units to elicit, analyze and prioritize strategic business objectives in an IT context Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology solutions, including third party solutions, internally developed applications, integrations, tools and processes Contribute to development and maintenance of general and domain-specific IT architecture principles and standards Participate in IT projects as needed in the capacity of project manager, architect/designer and/or developer Champion best practices in information and systems management and continuous process improvement

Qualifications:

 BA/BS degree 12+ years related experience Well-versed in business practices, principles and drivers in enterprise level customer relationship management (CRM) and sales force automation (SFA) implementation Technical knowledge and experience with business intelligence (BI) tools, such as Cognos and Microsoft Analysis Services preferred Understanding of integration technologies, data dimensionality and data lifecycles Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies and modeling toolsills Ability to travel 10%
