This role will provide Human Resources support to all levels of management and employees in a rapidly growing and exciting division within our company. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement HR initiatives, programs and issues. As well you will be responsible for addressing any and all Human Resources related matters on a day to day basis.


Coach and mentor managers and employees on various human resources related initiatives and develop proactive employee relations strategies.
Provides interpretation, implementation and regular guidance on company policies and procedures for North American based programs/policies
Consult on organization issues; including unusual situations where precedents for resolutions are unavailable.
Facilitate key meetings, deliver communication and administer Corporate Human Resources programs.
Provide assistance on Human Resources programs such as performance management, focal reviews, learning & development, talent assessment, and benefits.
Conduct fact finding investigation activities related to internal and external inquiries, complaints and concerns.


Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 8 years related human resources experience


PHR/SPHR Certification preferred


Broad-based human resources experience with a true generalist focus


Must have supported dispersed home-based workforce.


Experience working with Offshore India teams strongly preferred.

Exceptional organizational, time management, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skill.


Creative, flexible, innovative team player who can also work well in a leadership capacity with minimal oversight


Customer service focus


Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to all levels of the company

Demonstrated success building business relationships and advising and coaching management on human resources solutions
