We are the Nations largest Hi-TECH solutions provider with a new regional office located downtown Seattle, WA.  We are searching for a dynamic, results orientated, sales professional with industry experience to join our successful sales team. 
We are searching for for exceptional leaders to recruit, hiring, train, coach, mentor and develop a winning outside and retail sales team that is high transactional and customer focused.  Our direct sales managers have one of the most integral roles to play in Clearwire's success in our markets.
Job Responsibilities: 
- Build and retain a winning team of entrepreneurial and aggressive sales reps.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential employees by continuously prospecting for new talent.
- Lead daily sales team meeting.
- Provide field coaching and develop sales reps.
- Manage individual rep funnel activity daily, including contacts, presentations and sales.
- Motivate your team to capture sales opportunities through in person community events, outbound calls, retail partnerships, business to business and business to employee relationships and targeted neighborhood canvassing.
- Identify prospective customers and develop creative selling strategies.
- Educate sales team on Clearwire products and service offerings.
- Establish and maintain strong community relationships on our behalf.
Minimum Qualifications:

-  Knowledge of wireless, data communications, voice and telecommunications
- 3+ years of successful experience managing a highly dynamic and aggressive outside sales team.
- 1+ years of experience in a high transactional business to consumer or small business sales environment. 
- Track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
- Exceptional leader with passion and dedication for mentoring and coaching sales reps to success.
