Job description:


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Assist with software deployment and implementations in a MS Windows

environment.
* Obtain, install & configure third party software and components.
* Establish functional and technical specifications for integration.
* Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve requests; provide support to ensure that customer

service levels are met. Identify the cause and effect of system problems, interact

with internal team members and customers, escalate as necessary and

recommend/document permanent solutions. Provide quality customer support as  

well as maintain a comprehensive understanding of the customer's business process.
* Provide rotational on-call pager support.

* A hands-on, action-oriented approach coupled with a strong dedication to quality

customer service.
* Proven effectiveness and comfortable in fast-paced environments.

* Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills in English.
* Ability to work independently and in small teams with minimum supervision.
