This job is open due to an internal promotion.  You will have the support and training of the previous incumbent as well as the team. 

 

This key support position reports to our HRIS manager.  Responsibilities include systems input, running reports, inputting payroll and taking on more responsibility based on your ability to learn and utilize databases such as Access. This is why knowledge of databases is important.  Must have experience on HRIS systems input and reporting!

 

This position demands:

·  Superb organizational skills

·  The ability to juggle multiple projects with multiple deadlines accurately

·  Attention to detail to review new hire paperwork, make employee files, input new hires and employee changes into the HRIS system,

·  Assist with payroll input, reporting

·  Updating the HR site

·  Provide basic support to the HR Team

·  Ability to understand the task at hand and anticipate multiple outcomes.  Knowledge of Ultimate Software a plus.

 

 

 

What you should bring to the table….

·  At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity in the HR or IS Support role for a large organization.

·  Top notch data entry skills

·  Excellent Excel and Microsoft office skills a must.

·  Experience working on HRIS systems

·  Knowledge of how databases work, knowledge of Access an advantage

·  Proven ability to provide top notch customer service to internal and external candidates

·  Ability to work well with a small team of highly productive professionals

 

Preferred Education/Certifications…

Minimum High School Diploma.  Some college work preferred.  Certifications in Microsoft Office or database programs a plus.
