HR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST

 

Join the HR/Payroll team responsible for designing, configuring and supporting SAP Human Capital Management implementation which includes: Time Entry and Evaluation, Payroll, Benefits, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management,  Training and Events Management,  Appointments, Salary/labor distribution and  Employee Self Service.

This position focuses on Time Entry, Time Evaluation and Training and Events Management. 

Working jointly with customers and developers you will provide ongoing support of existing time functions; analyze, define and document business requirements for new enhancements and projects; design, configure and test solutions; write functional specifications, test plans and cases, and system documentation.

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of five years experience in information technology including business process analysis and design Minimum of five years SAP HCM hands-on configuration experience including wage/deduction types, schemas, rules, off-cycles and retro-calculations. Must understand payroll processing and be proficient in troubleshooting and resolving payroll and salary distribution problems. Solid business understanding of payroll processes Demonstrated customer service orientation and experienceHigher education industry experience is a plus.
