POSITION:HRIS Analyst

SUMMARY: The HRIS Analyst will be located in Infor’s downtown Chicago office and is responsible for managing all US HRIS transactional activities, reporting and SOX compliance. This position will also work closely with IT in maintaining, testing and troubleshooting HR systems. The ideal candidate will be an effective data analyst with HRIS experience and have a general understanding of business processes and HR knowledge.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ensure HR data integrity and timely data input for HR transactions in HCM.
· Produce HRIS reports and analyze data as needed.
· Collaborate with Payroll and Benefits on all data related items.
· Collaborate with IT in maintaining, testing and troubleshooting HR systems. Serve as level 1 response for HR related IT tickets.
· Ensure SOX compliance for HR, including process development, implementation and management.
· Responsible for timely and accurate Federal, State and local reporting including EEO-1, AA, OSHA, etc.
· Support M&A activity, including the collection and integration of employee data.
· Serve as Webmaster for HR pages on the internet and intranet.
· Supervise one employee
· Other responsibilities as assigned
Required Skills:
· Bachelor’s Degree in business, HR, IT or a related field
· 3 – 5 years business experience, HR or IT experience is a plus.
· Prior experience with HRIS and/or payroll systems, reporting and analysis, knowledge of HCM and/or Ceridian is a plus
· Advanced Excel skills, proficient with Microsoft Office programs, knowledge of SQL is a plus
· Attention to detail and effective time management skills
· Ability to focus on process improvement with strong project management skills
· Exceptional communication skills
· Work well with all employee levels across the organization
· Maintain the utmost confidentiality and conduct business with the highest level of integrity
