Position Summary:
The Funding/Loan Processing Representative plays a significant role through initial contact with borrowers and dealers. In this position you will be responsible for contacting clients and auto dealers to obtain necessary information and documentation. Verify customer information for completeness and accuracy on credit application and contracts. This position will work closely with all team members to achieve the company’s monthly goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Initiate effective outbound calls and receive inbound calls.Input new deals into computer system accurately. Verify deals assigned to you in timely manner.Manage client/dealer relationships.Maintain daily goal set for account verification.Be responsible for ensuring confidentiality of all aspects of the company’s operations, portfolio, customer information, and computer technology.
Requirements:
Bilingual English/Spanish. Minimum of 2 - 5 years work experience in the automotive finance industry.Excellent communication, negotiation and writing skills.Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.Problem solving skills.Basic computer skills (MS Office, Windows XP).Ability to work in a team environment.
