About the Opportunity

HumanConcepts has an opening for a Functional Consultant.  In this role, you will work with our enterprise clients to implement OrgPlus and deliver solutions to address their business problems.  This position requires an individual who has excellent professional presence, great communication skills, strong client management skills, and solid project management skills.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Deliver HR best practices, solutions to clients and partner integration

• Perform technical onsite implementations

• Train the client, as needed, per the engagement • Troubleshoot client technical issues during implementation • Coordinate with sales department regarding pre/post sales activities • Resolve clients' issues and concerns • Assist in ensuring that consulting engagements meet clients' requirements • Schedule engagements directly with clients • Solicit client feedback to improve service, respond to clients' requests and ideas • Track and report time and expense • Communicate with product developers to identify and isolate problems. Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in implementing enterprise software with HR experience

• HR domain expertise in areas as succession planning and workforce reorganization is a plus.

• Experience with project management and implementation methodology• SAP, Oracle and/or PeopleSoft HR module experience• Knowledge of Web applications, Windows, SQL Server and Oracle required

• Excellent computer skills; knowledge of the leading operating systems (Windows 2000/XP/2003) and browsers, as well as Word, and Excel• Excellent communication skills • Strong client service experience, professional presence and delivery • Strong phone presence and skills • Bachelors degree
